Policies:

- Any new clients to this location are advised to arrive to their appointment 10-15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. It is recommended returning clients arrive at least 5 minutes early to their appointment.

- Cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows for someone else to schedule the appointment in your place.

Appointments not canceled 24 hours in advance may be subject to payment, up to and including the full payment of services. This is out of respect for my time and the inability to rebook your appointment to someone else.

- A client who does not cancel an appointment and is a “no-show” may be subject to full payment of services.

If a client is a “no-show” for two appointments, arrangements will need to be made with a non-refundable pre-payment for any future appointments. 

- If a client is late for an appointment, the service may need to be shortened to end at the regularly scheduled time. Full payment for the service will still be required. If a client is excessively late, there may not be enough time to perform the service and the appointment will need to be rescheduled. (If you are running late, please call the clinic.)

- Minor Policy

Massage services are available to persons 16 years of age and older.

If a person is 16 or 17 years of age, they are considered to be a minor. In this case, a parent or legal guardian must be present to fill out a Health History, Client Bill of Rights, HIPAA and review and sign a Minor Consent form before massage services can be performed. The parent or legal guardian may be required to be present in the room during the massage.

- I am considerate of your needs. Minnesota guidelines recommend that if you are fully vaccinated for Covid-19, masks are not required. If you are not fully vaccinated, it is advised that you wear a mask to protect yourself and others. This is a recommendation, not a requirement. At your request, I will wear a mask during your appointment as well.

- All surfaces are cleaned and disinfected between appointments.

- If you are not feeling well for any reason, please reschedule your appointment. Massage Therapy will not speed your recovery (and may make you feel worse). Your body needs rest. Coming to an appointment when sick also opens the potential for getting others sick.  Please stay home and get well.
