About Me

I am a Board Certified Massage Therapist with over 18 years experience, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2006. I started my career with Life Time Fitness as a part-time Massage Therapist and became the Massage Department Head at the club a short time later. In this role, I was in charge of the operations of the department including the hiring and training of the Massage Therapists who worked with me. Four years later, I went to work for Simonson's Salon and Spa as a Massage Therapist, and later took on an additional position as Massage Educator with the company. During my time there, I demonstrated service offerings for the TV show, "Twin Cities Live".

As a Professional Massage Therapist, I blend my education, skills and experience to assist you with relaxation and stress relief, acute and chronic pain issues, and promote wellness that supports your quality of life and well-being. My goal is to provide professional care that assists you to function more comfortably in your daily life. We can all benefit from nurturing, therapeutic support and I am thrilled to be able to assist individuals with the work that I do as an integral part of the holistic and complementary health-care team of professionals.

I specialize in Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Migraine/Headache Relief, Neck, Upper Back and Shoulder Pain Issues, helping you to feel relaxed and pampered. Continuing education is very important to me and I incorporate many different Massage Therapy techniques into my work.
