If you’d like to set up an appointment with me, please call Ideal Health at 763-441-0999. Jan is our Office Manager and will assist you with booking your appointment. I can also answer any questions you may have. If I am unavailable when you call, I will return your call as soon as I can.

My rates will be changing as of September 1st, 2024. This website has been updated on August 6, to reflect the new rates.

This change is due to the rising costs in supplies, rent, and operational business expenses .

Massage services are taxed in the state of Minnesota and any local, city, and state tax will be calculated and added to each service at the time of payment.
